At Speks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items in their original boxes and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
